my partner hambeak is a great guy.
i have known him over 20 years.
he is the most kind and gentle person i know.
You can have 100's of people love you, and still, one jerk can say something that ruins your whole day. Even among spiritually minded people, there are lot's of people that make up the different parts of the "Body of Christ" ... I guess some just aspire to be the a$$hole!

so i've been deciding for the past year or so whether or not i want to stay in this religion, and i have decided that i do not.
i plan on telling my grandparents (whom i live with) this very soon, possibly tomorrow.
of course i can't be just like "i don't want to be a jehovah's witness anymore", but rather "i don't believe in this anymore, and here are the reasons why".

i just wanted to thank each and every one of you for the love.. my mom just sucked me into the boards i always use her id so i think i'm going to need my own now .
sorry for all of your animal losses i read a lot of interesting stories, the puppy is burried in the backyard and so are my two bunnies, my grandma's dog, two other dogs baby kitten(s) a full grown cat, and an iguanna.

I'm very sorry about your puppy getting sick... Most of us have had to say goodbye to our pets at some point in our lives so we might kinda' know how you're feeling. It's never easy, and you still cry even when you're a really, really, old, (40) man..... But hopefully, you'll never have to be a really, really, old man.... It's not as much fun as you might think!
As far as getting more pets in the future... I do have one suggestion that helps me. Since just about all pets do seem to die from time to time. From now on, I will only have pet Chickens! You will still be sad when they die but instead of burying them, you can cremate them... then you don't even have to call it a funeral.... you can invite your friends and call it a Bar-B-Q!

The very thought of not getting to spend time with my grand daughter because I didn't agree 100% with my daughter on some stupid issue would put me in an institution!
Perhaps your friend could use the law to her benefit (the Apostle Paul did with his Roman citizenship) She could easily file a suit for Grand-parental visitation rights.... I'd love to hear the son's defense argument for why she's being denied this relationship. My parents had to resort to this after my brother's death. My mom was DA'd but my dad was in good standing. It wasn't until the case got heated that we decided that there would be too much trauma on the grankids to pursue it any farther .....so we dropped the suit.
